Spiritual Direction is
a reflecting pond in which you can clearly see through the rippling waves to the depths of your own Being. The “direction,” so to speak, is always back to you and your Divine Source.
A Spiritual Director comes alongside to offer a safe space for you to express all those paradoxical and sometimes overwhelming emotions, a space to process the decisions to be made and the directions in which to move. You are cocooned for an hour, held within the transformative and comforting space held by your Spiritual Director, knowing that all of you is valid, knowing you are being seen, heard, and known.
What we do together
In our 50 minute online session, we will create a container to work with whatever is arising for you, supporting your Soul Embodiment throughout the process.
We might tend your nightly dreams, looking for symbols of the unconscious; process spiritual, religious, or personal challenges you are experiencing; engage in guided breathwork and meditation; work with the Inner Child; or we can simply hold stillness and silence to allow The Knowing to speak.
Whatever you need will guide our session together.

Booking
All sessions are held over Zoom.
Sessions are $60 and can be paid via Zelle, Paypal, or Venmo after our session.
In our sessions you will be held in sacred space where all of you can show up. Your tears, laughter, pain, joys, celebrations, and fears are all accepted. Whatever you bring with you, we will hold together, tending with our hearts and souls.
